Pain

When people need you to share their pain, talking is not always the answer. All it requires is a hug, a shoulder to cry on, a gentle touch, a sympathetic heart, a listening ear. We can reach out to other human beings without using words.

Sometimes pain bring us to an instability of mind and heart…then we are not brave enough to love, strong enough to forgive, generous enough to rejoice in another’s happiness, wise enough to know that there is enough hope to go around.

Those, who go through the trauma of insurmountable pain, and still be as brave, as strong, as generous and as wise then can maybe re-enter paradise…
