Breakfast is my most loved meal of the day ~ toast (either brown or 8-grain) and Indian masala tea has been my staple breakfast for eons – I do believe it is food for the soul 😃

Thanks to my amazing mother ~ adding fruit, freshly made carrot juice, 5 almonds soaked overnight and homemade healthy cream cheese spread has made this a meal that I hate missing. 🍽 Try it ~ there is a certain contentment when one has such a lovely start to each day…Bon appetite 🍴
